                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                  AGREEMENT WITH CSX TRANSPORTATION, INC.,
                  RELATIVE TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SPUR TRACK
                  CROSSING AT TAG DRIVE FOR A CONSIDERATION OF
                  TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED TWELVE AND
                  18/100 DOLLARS ($23,112.18) FROM FUNDS
                  PROVIDED BY THE DEVELOPER OF THE SHELTON
                  ADDITION TO STONE FORT INDUSTRIAL PARK.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with CSX Transportation, Inc., relative 

       to the construction of a spur track crossing at Tag Drive for a
       consideration of $23,112.18 from funds provided by the developer
       of the Shelton Addition to Stone Fort Industrial Park.
